She is your barista who hands you your morning coffee, your mechanic, your badass doctor. She is a mother, a lover, a friend. Tattoos should not define who you are or what you have accomplished, and this piece to me represents that. A woman owning her body, loving it and proud, wearing ink on her skin that represents something to only her. We will always be judged by our appearance, but we should remember the simple idealism of never judging a book by its cover.
